How do I suspend my service?

You can suspend your subscription plan at any time by clicking on the "Service" link in the "My Account" navigation toolbar on the Site and then clicking the "Suspend My Account" button.

Suspending your account will stop all active data collection.  All data collected will remain in your account.

Starting on the next billing cycle your credit card will not be charged for service. 

You can reactivate your account at any time by clicking on the "Service" link in the "My Account" navigation toolbar on the Site and then clicking the "Reactivate My Account" button. You will need to resubmit your credit card information to reactivate service. Once submitted, your effective billing date will become the date of reactivation.
